At AMP, we are working to change lives through yoga, and believe that adding a bit of Asana (yoga pose), Mantra ( repeated meditation), and Prana (energy through breath) can be transformational. Our experienced instructors know how to tailor a class for everyone to be able to participate.

Regular yoga classes will have a great effect in your office environment. Classes run 60 minutes in length
4 week program $150/class for up to 15 people, $10 for each additional person (60 minute classes)
Introduction to Yoga Workshop
After a brief discussion of the benefits of yoga, we will go over basic postures, alignment, and breathing techniques as we move through a beginner style class. This workshop can also include stress management tips and chair yoga poses.
$250 for up to 20 people, $15 for each additional person ( 1 hour workshop)
Stress Management Tools and Meditation
A few minutes of meditation each day can improve focus and concentration. This workshop will allow your employees to enjoy healthier ways to reduce stress and stay focused in the workplace.
$250 for 30 minute stress management tips and a 30 minute guided meditation for up to 20 people
